I’ve never made a fiction zine before, which is weird because I love reading and writing fiction, so I decided to get on that.
A “fox wedding” (or “coyote wedding,” or “[insert trickster god here] wedding”) is a common name for a sun shower. You know, when it’s storming and sunny at the same time. We’ve been having a ton of those here in Houston lately, so I decided that would be a good name for the stories I’ve been writing lately.
Fox Wedding #1 contains two short stories, titled “The Witch’s House” and “Good Bones.” They’re both kind of sad. Sorry about that. Maybe the second issue will focus on happier issues.
Anyway, you can check it out on Etsy here. I have more stories in the works for Fox Wedding #2. New issues will be published whenever they’re ready, and the zine will run for as long as I feel like running it.
